As Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Vaibhav leads the firm’s strategy, investment philosophy, and client relationships. His work sits at the intersection of capital allocation, strategic advisory, and long-term value creation.
Vaibhav Aggarwal is an accomplished financial and banking professional with over a decade of experience in transformative roles at industry powerhouses such as Bain & Company, Cushman & Wakefield, Cantor Fitzgerald, and ICICI Bank.
Over the course of his career, Vaibhav has successfully arranged over USD 1 billion in capital across debt, promoter financing, inventory funding, and pre-IPO/unlisted equity deals. He has advised and worked alongside entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and investors navigating complex strategic and financial decisions.
In addition to his leadership at India Next Capital, Vaibhav Aggarwal is entrusted with board-level responsibilities across distinguished investment institutions spanning India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. These include a Southeast Asia-focused private equity platform based in India with $5 billion in assets under management and a UAE-based global asset management institution with more than $1 billion in AUM.
